Ann Rutledge

American (1890-1988)

Born in Kansas in 1890, American artist Ann Rutledge studied under portrait and genre painter Charles Hawthorne and landscape artist George Pearse Ennis. Rutledge was a member of the Midwestern Art Association, Kansas Art Association and Long Beach Art Association. She exhibited her work at the Western Art Association in Omaha, Nebraska.
