Francis Renaud
French (b. 1887)
Born in 1887 in Cote du Nord, France, Renaud was a student at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in both Paris and Rome, studying painting and sculpture. Renaud exhibited his works in Paris, at the Salon des Artistes Francais, where he won medals in both 1932 and 1933. Well known as a sculptor of several monuments throughout Brittany, France, Renaud was also a painter.
