Alice Isabel Padday
British (1878-1954)
Alice Isabel Padday was born in Dagshai, Punjab, India where her father was a Colonel with the Royal Engineers. Padday was actively exhibiting in major art exhibition throughout Great Britain from1909 through 1925, including the Royal Society of Artists, Birmingham; the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool; the London Salon; the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, London; and the Society of Women Artists.
