Mario Maresca

Italian (1877-1959)

Born in Naples, Italy in 1877, artist Mario Maresca had seven brothers, several of whom were artists. Maresca studied in Naples and was noted for his paintings of the Italian coasts near Capri and Amalfi. The artist was also famous for his depictions of Parisian street life along the grand boulevards.
