Harold Latham
British (1888-1971)
Born in 1888, British artist Harold Latham left an early stage acting career following World War I to pursue painting. Latham was a member of the Royal Institute of Painting in Watercolors, one of the most prominent societies of professional watercolor painters, as well as the New English Art Club, Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists and Royal Institute of Oil Painters.
Latham exhibited his work in galleries throughout Britain, including in the Connell & Sons Gallery, Cooling & Sons Gallery and at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool.
