Ferenc Katona Kiss

Hungarian (1909-1995)

Born in Szegvár, Hungary in 1909, painter Ferenc Katona Kiss studied under Gyula Rudnay at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts. Kiss participated in numerous exhibitions in galleries Szentes and Szeged, Hungary.

Kiss and his wife established a Fine Arts Foundation for young artists to create and exhibit. His works are held in the permanent collection of the József Koszta Museum in Szentendre.
