Sheila Gardner

American

Born in 1933, Gardner studied art at Endicott College, Massachusetts, as well as at the Pratt Institute, the Art Students League and New York University. In 1966, she had her first solo exhibition at the Peterborough (NH) Historical Society, and subsequently has shown her works in solo shows in Portland, Maine and New York City, along with two exhibits in Germany in 1975 and 1976. Gardner currently lives in Georgetown, Maine, and often paints along the coast.
